These Terms govern your use of applications, websites, and services provided by EDITION APP, LLC (“Edition,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using Edition, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity occurring through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
The Edition service
Edition organizes and summarizes links to news, culture, entertainment, and other information based on your preferences. It may also provide recommendations for media and experiences. Availability, selection, timing, and features may change. Edition does not guarantee that any briefing is complete, error-free, or suitable as professional, legal, medical, financial, or investment advice.
Third-party content
Headlines, articles, trademarks, and linked materials may belong to third-party publishers and creators. Your access to third-party services is governed by their own terms. Edition does not grant rights in third-party content and is not responsible for external websites or services.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected portions, use automated means to scrape the service, violate law or third-party rights, or use Edition to distribute harmful or deceptive material.
Ownership and feedback
Edition and its software, design, branding, and original content are owned by EDITION APP, LLC or its licensors. If you send ideas or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation, while we remain grateful for the contribution.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Changes, termination, and contact
We may update these Terms and will post the revised version with a new effective date. You may stop using Edition at any time, and we may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or enforce these Terms. Questions may be sent to legal@edition-app.com.
